PROJECT ENGINEER
(Minimum 2-4 years of Experience)
- Contributes to documentation, budget, and schedule.
- Collaborates with the Superintendent and PM on construction phase from start to finish.
- Engages with past, current and future clients as well as our trade partners and peers.
- Cultivates relationships in the workplace, job site and the marketplace.
- Works in a team playing environment with all parties involved in the project.
PM Requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree – preferable in construction management or engineering
- 2-4 years of construction experience
- Knowledge of industry software is a plus– Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, On Screen Take Off, BIM, Phoenix Project Management.

- Maintains documentation, budget, and schedule.
- Manages the construction phase from start to finish.
- Engages with past, current and future clients.
- Cultivates relationships in the workplace, job site and the marketplace.
- Works in a team player environment with all parties involved in the project.
PM Requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree –construction management, engineering, architecture or business preferred.
- 3-5 years of commercial construction experience.
- Solid proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products, Bluebeam, Phoenix Project Management, Textura, knowledge of Timberline and other helpful computer applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of project management and accounting principles relating to construction industry.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented.

SUPERINTENDENTS
(Minimum 5 years of Experience and OSHA 30)
- Maintains all aspects of the schedule, trades and daily huddle.
- Enforces quality safety on all aspects of the job site.
- Collaborates with the PM, PE, trade partners, and owner/engineer/architect on the construction phase from start to finish.
- Documents all job site activity.
- Works in a team playing environment with all parties involved in the project
PM Requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of construction experience in a commercial setting.
- OSHA 30 preferred, OSHA 10 required.
- Proficient with personal computer-based scheduling software, and specifically spreadsheet applications, proficiency in current industry related software packages
- Scheduling experience preferred - Phoenix Project Management (PPM).
